We specialize in the travel side of your group trip or destination wedding. That means we can assist you in selecting the perfect venue and securing your dates, but our main objective is to manage your resort room block, provide guests with dedicated travel support, and coordinate airport transportation.
-
In addition to expert guidance, we’re able to offer valuable perks and advantages through our resort partnerships, including preferred and competitive rates, along with perks like complimentary room upgrades, free nights, and more!
-
We do not book flights for you or your guests. Most travelers prefer the flexibility to choose their own flight times, airlines, layovers, and use personal rewards or points. That said, we’re always happy to provide guidance on best arrival airports, timing recommendations, and general travel tips to make the process seamless.
-
Ideally, you’ll want to begin planning your destination wedding 12-18 months in advance. This ensures the best selection of venues, dates, and room availability—while also giving your guests ample time to plan, budget, and request time off. (Planning on a shorter timeline is possible, but flexibility with your date and resort choice may be needed.)
-
If your schedule allows, we highly recommend visiting your resort ahead of your wedding or group trip. A site visit gives you the opportunity to tour ceremony and reception spaces, meet your on-site coordinator, and get a better feel for the property.
