MEET THE TEAM

Erika is the most senior team member at Mix and Match Travel Agency.  She is the VP of Operations and head of Disney Vacation Planning. She and her husband Tab have four children - Ebby Lee, Nixon, Bowen, and Britt. On top of being Shay's right-hand girl when it comes to operational affairs, Erika makes the magic happen with all things Disney! In her free time Erika is the party planner, the family scheduler, and the one making sure all the extra FUN happens! Erika loves getting to help others make those same magical memories through a Disney vacation.

Clare is Mix and Match Travel Agency's International Travel Advisor, specializing in European, African, and Asian itineraries for families and honeymooners. Having traveled to 45+ countries alongside her own husband and kids, she brings a combination of personal experience and professional precision to every trip she plans. Whether it's a multi-city European adventure or a once-in-a-lifetime African safari, Clare manages every detail of the planning process so her clients can travel with complete confidence. She works closely with Shanna, who handles the daily details, including activities, dining, and overall pace. Together they make even the most complex itineraries feel effortless. At home, Clare is a wife and mom to two high school-aged kids, and that firsthand experience as a traveling parent is exactly what her family clients count on.

Brooke leads our cruise department and is the mom to 4 kiddos and a wife to husband, Tyler. Cruising is one of Brooke's favorite ways to travel so you can rest assured knowing you're in the right place. Brooke loves the vibe and laid back environment of a cruise while also having endless activities to enjoy between visiting great ports. Her extensive knowledge and expertise on the various types of cruising, lines, ships, itineraries, ports of call, and excursions is what sets her a part in the industry.  Brooke wants to set each client up for ultimate success during their cruise vacation, and she would love to help with your FIRST or NEXT cruise.

Hannah is our Groups, Destination Wedding, Mexico, and Caribbean Travel Advisor. She loves traveling with her husband and four kids—especially to the beach! Hannah specializes in creating stress-free vacations that turn into unforgettable memories. Whether it’s a honeymoon, family getaway, large group event or a once-in-a-lifetime destination wedding, she will guide you every step of the way and help bring your dream vacation to life. Being a part of her clients' most cherished moments is by far her favorite part of the job! 

Jane is Erika's right-hand woman with all things Disney! Jane and her husband Beau have three children.  Where Erika sets clients up with amazing resorts, packages, and helps create the "big picture", Jane steps in to help with all the little details to make each vacation flow as easy as possible. Jane's favorite part of Disney planning is being able to witness the dreams of children (and adults) come true!  She loves watching all the research and details come together to create magical memories for young and old alike.

Shanna is our agency’s Concierge Service Coordinator who works closely with Clare handling details that set our trips a part.  She makes every trip feel easy and personalized. From securing great dining reservations and booking tours to fine-tuning itineraries and taking care of special requests, she’s all about the details that elevate a trip. When she’s not planning travel, she loves spending time with her kids and creating fun, memorable adventures for her own family.

Whitney is our Cruise Concierge Coordinator ensuring every client’s vacation runs smoothly from the moment their cruise is booked to the moment they return home. Whitney steps in to guide clients through the entire planning process, making sure you never miss an important detail or deadline. From tracking key dates like final payments, check-in windows, and dining and excursion reservations, to walking you through cruise line apps and required documents, she keeps everything organized and easy to navigate. She also helps with all things concierge, suggesting and reserving tours and excursions, and assisting with any special requests along the way. When she’s not helping clients plan their next getaway, you’ll find her soaking up quality time at home with her husband and kids Molly and Knox.

Caroline is the Office Manager at Mix and Match Travel Agency, wife to Ryan, and mom of three.  Caroline is the fairy godmother of the business and customer service side of the agency. She works hand in hand with each agent to make sure they have all the information they need for their clients, double checks the paperwork and documentation, and is the finalizing step for each vacation. Caroline works behind the scenes, but you can guarantee she has looked over your reservation to make sure you have everything you need. When she is not being the official checks and balances of the operation you will find her hanging out with her three young kids and spending quality time with her husband. She loves getting to be a small part of others memories and making sure each vacation is seamless and amazing.

Mackenzie specializes in all things Social Media and Marketing. Married to Patrick and a mom of three girls, Mackenzie works behind the scenes with our marketing and customer service. She works closely with each department across all our destinations creating marketing strategies that target who we are and what we can offer each of our clients. Ensuring that everyone who comes across Mix and Match Travel is confident that they are getting the best in the business. When Mackenzie is not strategizing with the team, she is creating memories with her own family. She loves getting to connect others with Mix and Match Travel, giving them the opportunity to create family memories while also having the confidence that they are cared for by our team every step of the way.
